Telesales Executive Outbound

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to prospective customers using provided customer databases and leads.
• Introduce HLA insurance products and explain product benefits, coverage options, and key features.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested customers to improve conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement.
• Support Singapore customers while observing Singapore public holidays and operating requirements.
