Job Description

Sales Management

  • To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)
  • Maintain all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line
  • Maintain conversion rate/success rate of leads are within stipulated targets

Service Management

  • Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customers profile (CRM)
  • Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team (related to Sales Opportunity)
  • Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration
