Job Description

Job Responsibility

Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound sales calls
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Handle objections effectively and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong, long-term client relationships

Job Requirements

Minimum education: SPM or above
Minimum C1 level proficiency (CEFR) in both spoken and written English
Minimum 12 years of telesales or inside sales experience
Proven success in B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales
Experience in selling technology, or consumer electronics products is an added advantage
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
