Job Description

Responsibility
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct regular client calls to understand evolving business needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and successful client onboarding.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize retention and growth.
Requirement
  • 1-2 years of proven sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build genuine relationships and close deals consistently
  • Strong communication skills and comfort having consultative conversations with clients
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales processes
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities
  • Genuine interest in solving client problems, not just hitting targets
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
