Manage overall operations of the telesales department through operation of the CRM system, focused goal setting, skills training, and day-to day management of sales process.
Assist to drive operational KPI of the team to meet company&aposs sales target.
Work with Manager to develop and improve the telesales system and SOP.
Ensure all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded.
Ensure action plans and deliverables are met within agreed timeline.
Ensure all telemarketers have the appropriate skills and adequate training to meet their KPI.
Active monitoring, support and coach team members performance.
Ensure all telemarketers follow the disciplined and SOP of telesales process.
Conduct interviews when hiring is required.
Requirements:
At least 3 years working experience as team leader in outbound call center.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
