Responsibilities
- Generate new sales from the sales lead provided through business calls
- Make outbound calls and cold calling to sell products
- Qualify sales leads through calls
- Sell to commercial customers and applying the correct solution and sales approach
- Maintain effective communication with prospects and have a proactive follow up scheme
- Constantly looking for new ways to improve your sales performance by listening to your own calls and testing new sales techniques
Requirements
- Min SPM holder, Diploma, etc
- Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to connect and build rapport over the phone
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service, or sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
- Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude
- Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette
- Motivated by earning commission
