Job Description

A Temenos Infinity Business Analyst typically works between business stakeholders, digital banking teams, and developers to deliver solutions on the Temenos Infinity platform. While job descriptions vary by employer, the core responsibilities are generally:

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. 

• Work with product owners, business users, UX teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Configure and support Temenos Infinity digital banking journeys such as onboarding, account management, payments, and customer servicing. 

• Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and Temenos Infinity capabilities. 

• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments. 

• Investigate and resolve production issues and defects. 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement workshops. 

Required Skills

Temenos Skills

• Experience with Temenos Infinity Digital Banking. 

• Understanding of digital banking architecture, customer journeys, and integrations. 

• Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware, and microservices. 

• Familiarity with Temenos products such as: 

o Temenos Infinity 

o Temenos Payments and Account Services (depending on the project). 

Banking Domain Knowledge

• Retail banking and corporate banking processes. 

• CASA (Current and Savings Accounts). 

• Payments and transfers. 

• Digital onboarding and KYC. 

• Loan servicing and customer management. 

• Payment standards such as SWIFT and ISO 20022. 

Business Analysis Skills

• Requirements elicitation and stakeholder management. 

• Process mapping and workflow design. 

• User story creation and backlog management. 

• Agile/Scrum methodology. 

• JIRA and Confluence. 

• UAT planning and execution. 

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. 

• 5–10+ years of Temenos Infinity T24 with Business Analyst experience. 

• Experience in digital banking, core banking, or financial services projects. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
