We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Administrative Assistant to support e-invoicing data management and admissions administrative functions. This role involves handling sensitive data, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with parents to ensure all required information is complete and up to date.

MINIMUM ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
SPM leavers / Diploma in Administrative or similar relevant qualifications.
RELATED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as a Administrative Assistant or equivalent in related field
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
Excellent planning and organising skills
Able to multi task and work under pressure
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel & MS Power Point with good presentation skills

Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy, matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
