Participate in government and private tenders manually and through platforms such as ePerolehan, Direct Purchase, Tender Wizard, SAP Ariba, and other relevant systems.
Monitor various tender search portals daily and identify opportunities aligned with the company's business interests.
Manage tender activities, including tracking publishing dates, deadlines, and submission requirements.
Prepare quotations, agreements, proposals, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all tender submissions including technical and commercial documents, are completed accurately and consistently before the deadline.
Attend meetings with government agencies and submit company proposals together with supporting documents and product samples.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct and support site visits, including collecting technical data, capturing photos, measuring areas, and preparing detailed site visit reports.
Assist in preparing technical tender documents, including method statements, project approaches, staffing plans, chemicals, equipment lists, and compliance checklists to ensure all submissions meet tender specifications and requirements.
Ensure all tender documents and business proposals comply with the relevant guidelines, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit summary reports for all tenders submitted, declined, accepted, or unsuccessful for management review.
Register the company with relevant GLCs and participate in their tender opportunities
Performs other ad-hoc tasks related to tender management and job responsibilities as required.
