Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Tendering Executive to join our Digital, Technology & Transformation Division. This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Executive, located at Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, Selangor. The Tendering Executive will manage the end-to-end tender process for all scopes related to this division, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal and external teams for pricing and technical inputs, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. The role also involves maintaining a database of tenders, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, BusinessAdministration, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT procurement, tender management, or related roles.

Good understanding of IT systems, digital solutions and technology concepts.

Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn tender management tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or strong academic projects will be considered.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms a plus.
