Your responsibilities:
- Assist General Manager of Outlet Operations in strategic planning & execution to improve and achieve the desired level of operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Lead and coach Outlet Managers and Business Managers in achieving Outlet Operations KPIs, Objectives and Key Results
- Develop & train Business Managers and Outlet Managers in all aspect of outlet operations
- Lead and manage territory's expansion plan and prioritization
You are:
- 5-7 Years of work experience in the F&B industry specifically in Operations.
- Experience in leading a team of managers and outlets in expanding network of outlets
- Good knowledge of Google Business Suites and business software essentials
- Experience with LMS tools and e-learning development
- Fluent in BM and English
- Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
