Job Summary**

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within a defined territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient administrative support for sales operations at Maxis Mobile Sdn Bhd.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts.
  • Perform administrative support tasks for the sales team, including scheduling and report generation.
  • Accurately enter and manage sales-related data in company systems.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Job Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
