Role Description

This is a full-time Territory Sales role for remote employee in Penang / Johor Bahru & Sabah , Malaysia. As part of the sales team, your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting HitPay's payment solutions to potential and existing customers. You will be tasked with achieving sales targets, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and representing the company during client meetings and industry events. Collaboration with internal teams to provide tailored solutions is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, with strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Payment Solutions, Fintech Products, and E-commerce systems
  • Analytical skills for conducting Market Research and developing Sales Strategies
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Experience in the fintech or payments industry is an advantage
