Support modification, debugging, and maintenance of test scripts in collaboration with engineering teams
Provide full-time on-site, hands-on technical support for testing activities
Assist engineers in troubleshooting test execution issues and improving test stability
Assist with ad hoc programming projects during low-demand periods, supporting various automation and development needs
Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and documentation
Document test modifications, troubleshooting steps, and improvements for future reference
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in test development, scripting, or automation.
Proficiency in TCL, VB, and .NET for scripting and automation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve test-related issues.
Experience in test development, debugging, and automation frameworks is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support.
