Position Responsibilities
- The test engineer is responsible for integrating the information related to the test plan, equipment procedures and specifications obtained from the customer and other engineering cooperation departments of the company, ensuring a complete and accurate understanding of the customer's requirements and communicating them to relevant departments and personnel, and providing a reasonable test plan.
- It is the responsibility of the test engineer to advise the engineering manager on the test implementation risks, and to report the problems and solutions that occur during the test process in a timely manner.
- Train and supervise technical personnel to strictly follow the formulated plan and process and organize personnel to continuously improve the program to improve the test level.
- According to the production schedule, cooperate with the production department personnel to complete the production on time and in quantity, including ensuring the normal operation of the test equipment in the production process; Provide easy-to-understand and clearly articulate operating drawings or guidance documents for the production line; When necessary, it is necessary to conduct relevant training for operators or organize online guidance and supervision by technicians; Coordinate the resolution of hardware and software failures of test equipment during production. The test engineer is technically responsible for the timely resumption of production and correct operation of the test equipment.
- Coordinate and arrange the daily maintenance of the test equipment, formulate and modify the relevant equipment maintenance process and plan to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The test engineer has technical leadership responsibility for the maintenance process and the effectiveness of the plan formulation of the test equipment and is directly responsible for the maintenance results.
- Provide test-related data to management and make reasonable recommendations. and is responsible for participating in the implementation and completion of departmental goals. Organize and implement lean production.
- Participate in the introduction of new products, communicate with customers and other departments within the company about test engineering, provide relevant quotation information in a timely manner, and cooperate to solve test engineering technical problems to meet the specific requirements of customers.
- Cooperate with the quality department, organize the personnel of the department to analyze the failure plates, and feedback the failure problems to the quality department in a timely manner. Cooperate with the quality department to solve quality problems related to testing technology in the production process of products, provide solutions or preventive and corrective actions, implement programs and monitor improvement results.
- Participate in the management and review of test equipment suppliers, determine the technical terms of service and agreement content with suppliers, and have the right to request replacement or propose new suppliers.
- Strictly abide by the company's management rules and regulations and implement post operating procedures; They should accept the company's management and safety production education and training, master the knowledge required for their own work, improve their work skills, and enhance their accident prevention and emergency response capabilities. Actively participate in the risk identification and continuous improvement of the department; When you find hidden accidents or other abnormal problems, you should report them to the top in time. - Responsible for the safety of the lines, pipelines and electrical of test equipment and tooling fixtures, and establish and improve the relevant environmental health and safety management system. Organize safety inspections of equipment, electrical and electrical use, and deal with all kinds of potential safety hazards in a timely manner. When it comes to the safety protection of high-voltage equipment, do a good job in the use and maintenance of insulating appliances, and regularly outsource the testing of insulating appliances according to regulations. It involves the safety protection of high and low temperature equipment, regular maintenance, distribution and use of labor protection equipment.

Position Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in electronics/electrical engineering
- Work experience: more than 3 years of experience in project testing technology management in the same industry.
- Skills: Familiar with PCBA testing process, understand IPC60 related knowledge; With rich knowledge of testing equipment such as FCT, we have the ability to quickly solve test problems related to production lines. FAMILIAR WITH ANY PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE OF LABVIEW/CVI, VBA, C++/C#, AND PYTHON. Understand and use tools such as MSA, 8D, SPC, FMEA and CP.
- Yellow Belt, Green Belt, MSA, 8D, SPC, FMEA, CP, IPC610 and other related training experience is preferred.
