Test Engineer

Job Requirement – Test Engineer (Minimum 2 Years Experience).

We are looking for a Test Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in PCBA testing and troubleshooting.

Key Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

In-Circuit Testing (ICT)

• Hands-on experience with ICT platforms such as:
• Agilent/Keysight 3070
• Teradyne systems
• Flying Probe testers (e.g., SPEA, Takaya)
• Good understanding of ICT test coverage and debugging

Functional Testing

• Experience in functional test development and execution
• Familiar with test software/tools such as:
• LabVIEW
• Python (automation, scripting)
• Able to explain test flow, protocol, and validation methodology

Specialized Testing Knowledge (Added Advantage)

• RF testing (e.g., WLAN, BLE, cellular)
• Audio testing
• Camera performance testing

PCBA Debug & Troubleshooting

• Strong troubleshooting skills at board level
• Ability to analyze test failures and identify root cause
• Experience supporting production/debug teams

Failure Analysis & Reporting

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prepare:
• Failure analysis reports
• Yield improvement reports
• Technical documentation

Communication & Reporting Skills

• Clear and structured reporting to stakeholders
• Able to present findings and corrective actions
