. Planning, implementation / execution and evaluation of complex test and inspection
setups in accordance with the test plan of Bosch ASICs.
. Determination and coordination of technical test parameters in cooperation with test and
product development engineers
. Planning, tracking and compliance with economic aspects such as deadlines, costs and
resources
. In the event of capacity bottlenecks, independently developing, testing, proposing and
implementing solutions, e.g. outsourcing
. Selecting and scheduling suitable materials and test equipment for carrying out tests
. Setting up and installing complex, electrotechnical test setups
. Test-specific control of test specimens using component-specific interface programming
(SPI, LIN, etc.)
. Layout of complex, product-specific circuit boards and load sets
. Tracking and evaluation of test parameters as well as root cause analysis in the event of
anomalies during test execution
. Development and implementation of measures to prevent faults during the test execution
. Further development of existing test equipment in accordance with new technological
requirements, if necessary in collaboration with development departments and suppliers
. Coordination and support of external suppliers
. Perform preventive maintenance on test equipment
. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety
. Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
