Test Lead(Banking)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team for banking applications.
• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for various banking software projects.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices within the team.
• Facilitate test case design and execution, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the banking domain.
• Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Solid understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
