Test Lead

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the testing team forbanking core systems(deposit/loan/payment/account management), manage daily operations, assign tasks and control test progress/quality to deliver high-standard test results.

2. Establish and optimize financial-grade test processes/specifications, drive standardized testing across requirement analysis, case design, execution, defect management and reporting.

3. Oversee core project testing (cloud migration/localization/version iteration), lead requirement/test scheme reviews, and ensure full coverage of high-risk modules in line with financial regulatory compliance.

4. Manage the full lifecycle of test defects, organize root cause analysis, push R&D teams for timely fixes, and output data-driven test reports to support project decision-making.

5. Promote the implementation ofautomation/performance/security testingfor high-concurrency banking systems, select test tools/frameworks, and build automated test platforms to improve efficiency.

6. Collaborate with R&D, architecture, product and O&M teams, identify test risks and formulate solutions to ensure smooth project launch; manage test environment and tool resources.

7. Build the team's technical capability via training and knowledge sharing, and establish a financial-grade quality assurance system to ensure 724 stability of core systems.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in CS/SE/IE related majors;5+ years software testing experience, 2+ years team management experience, withbanking/financial core system testing experience(MUST-HAVE).

2. Proficient in software testing theories and all test types (black-box/interface/integration/regression); deep understanding of banking core business logic and financial regulatory compliance requirements.

3. Skilled in at least oneautomation/performance test tool(Selenium/JMeter/LoadRunner/Postman etc.), with hands-on experience in building automated test systems; proficient in Jira/TestLink and other test management tools.

4. Practical experience in financial-grade performance/security testing, able to design high-concurrency test schemes and analyze performance bottlenecks; familiar with Linux, MySQL/Oracle and middleware (Tomcat/WebLogic).

5. Excellent document writing skills (test plans/cases/reports); familiar with Agile/Waterfall R&D processes, with Agile test team management experience preferred.

6. Strong team management, cross-team communication and risk control abilities; high sense of quality, good pressure resistance and technical sensitivity to new testing technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Hold ISTQB Advanced/CSTE or financial compliance certifications (Cyber Security Grade Protection, data security etc.).

2. Experience in banking core systemAWS/cloud migration/localizationtesting, familiar with cloud environment and localized tech stack testing points.

3. Experience in secondary development of test platforms/tools based on open-source frameworks; DevOps and CI/CT/CD practice experience.

4. Led test teams of 10+ people in large fintech companies to complete core banking project testing.
