Test Lead Digital Banking

Lead and manage end-to-end testing for Digital Banking applications (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, Cards).

Define test strategy, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements.

Coordinate functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple streams.

Manage test automation initiatives using tools like Selenium, TOSCA

Oversee API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and backend validation using SQL.

Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory requirements.

Track and report test progress, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers for timely delivery.

Mentor and guide the testing team, ensuring adherence to delivery timeline and project implementation
