Job Description

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with experience in a Test Lead or Test Manager role.
  • Mandatory experience testing banking origination systems.
  • Proven experience testing systems integrated with core banking platforms.
  • Proven experience working in API-heavy, multi-system integration environments
  • Experience with Automation testing and automation testing tools such as UFT, Selenium and HP ALM

Testing & Domain Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of origination system functionality and lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of functional, data, and integration testing approaches.
  • Experience defining test strategies for API, batch, and core banking-integrated systems.
  • Ability to assess business and data impact of defects independently.
