Hiring for Malaysians clients

We need Telco BSS (Mandatory) experience mainly on charging and billing.

5+ yrs. experience in a Test Management capacity
Strong understanding of large IT Project Management, Integration and/or Business Application QA Testing.
Demonstrated experience leading Testing for Telco Applications Charging & Billing, CRM
Charging & Billing upgrade experience required
Expert level experience with ALM, JIRA, Rally or other Test Management Tools
