We are currently looking for a Test Manager to join our team in Malaysia.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong domain knowledge in Data applications to design, execute, and manage test plans across integrated systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple delivery methodologies and has hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for test management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, track, verify, and report on SIT test plans across integrated systems and data applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, business analysts, and stakeholders) to define test scope, scenarios, and acceptance criteria

• Track defects, manage test execution status, and report progress using JIRA

• Maintain test documentation, test cases, and knowledge artifacts on Confluence

• Ensure test coverage aligns with functional and non-functional requirements for data applications

• Work effectively within Agile, Hybrid Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies depending on project needs

• Identify risks, gaps, and issues in test execution and escalate/report proactively

• Coordinate with automation teams to leverage tools such as Tosca or Selenium where applicable

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong domain knowledge of Data applications (data pipelines, data warehousing, ETL, reporting/analytics systems, or similar)

• Proven experience designing, reviewing, tracking, and reporting SIT test plans

• Experience working across different delivery methodologies — Agile, Hybrid Agile, and Waterfall

Mandatory tools:

• JIRA, Confluence
• Good to have: Exposure to test automation tools such as Tosca and/or Selenium
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple test cycles/deliverable
