Has experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and testing tools for functional and technical
At least 5-10 years of experience in leading large IT program teams in insurance related domains in testing areas
ISTQB - CTAL-TM Certification is mandatory
Mandatory knowledge on Jira and Confluence
Experience managing Waterfall and Agile Testing Project
Expected to be available to work extended hours, when necessary, to support critical delivery timelines and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
