Role: Test Manager - Insurance
Location: Bangi / KL
Nationality Requirement: Applicable for Malaysian Citizens & Expats currently working in Malaysia.
Notice: currently serving, immediate joiner or max up to 30 days
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT & business testing teams and manage end-to-end testing delivery.
Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plans, reports, and oversee test execution.
Manage stakeholders, risks, defects, escalations, and testing governance.
Coordinate functional/non-functional testing, test data, and testing tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr).
Ensure quality standards, process compliance, and timely status reporting.
Requirements
13+ years in Test Management / SDLC
10+ years in Banking/Financial Services
Experience leading large testing teams and banking IT programs
Strong functional & technical testing expertise
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile & Waterfall
Able to support critical project timelines when required
