Role: Test Manager
Payroll: Laurelsoft SDN BHD
Contract duration: 6 months extendable contract with Leading banking client
Location: Bangi / KL
Notice: immediate / currently serving or max 30 days only
Key Responsibilities
✔️Lead IT & business testing teams and manage end-to-end testing delivery.
✔️Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plans, reports, and oversee test execution.
✔️Manage stakeholders, risks, defects, escalations, and testing governance.
✔️Coordinate functional/non-functional testing, test data, and testing tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr).
✔️Ensure quality standards, process compliance, and timely status reporting.
Requirements
✔️ 10+ years in Test Management / SDLC with min 3+ years as test manager.
✔️ Must have Experience in Banking/Financial Services
✔️ Experience leading large testing teams and banking IT programs
✔️ Strong functional & technical testing expertise
✔️ Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile & Waterfall
✔️ Able to support critical project timelines when required
