Role - Test Manager/Support - PROS and payments domain

Required Technical Skill Set -Payment Domain, JIRA, Confluence

Good to have Technical Skill Set Tosca, Selenium

Job Description:

Must-Have:

Experience (5-7 years) in PROS and payments domain banking application testing as Test Manager.

Should have expertise in various payment systems like card processing, ACH, and real-time payment systems

Should be able to Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services in the conduct of testing

Experience in managing software testing projects for PRO- Payment applications

Prepare test strategy, test plans and other test artefacts for the testing service delivery

Exposure/Experience working on Test Management tools like ALM/JIRA Stakeholder

management skills

Understanding of Automation and Performance Testing

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1.Manage E2E testing activities for Payment Domain for a banking customer

2.Prepare test strategy, test plans and other test artefacts for the testing service delivery

3.Engage with various stakeholders to ensure testing services meet the banks objectives and demand

4.Conduct review of test deliverable with stakeholders and obtain sign off.

5.Mobilize team of testers and supervise testers for implementation of testing delivery

6.Report test metrics to stakeholders

7.Conduct defect triage meetings

8.Implement best practices and maintain lessons learnt for improvement
