Position Title Test Manager

JD: TESTING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing the formulation of test strategy, test governance, and test plan.
Coordinating and supervising test campaigns, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for each release.
Facilitating communication concerning test campaigns, including planning and progress updates.
Identifying and rectifying any deviations from the established plan.
Establishing and implementing processes for test case management and defect management.
Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Vendors.
Managing the test catalog (housed in Azure DevOps), inclusive of the scope for Test Automation.
Maintaining the excellence of our testing procedures and aligning them with overarching project objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology & Software Technology, Software Engineering, or related courses.
Minimum ten years of experience managing tests in the banking sector and expertise in the Core Banking System (CBS);
Working knowledge of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
Competent to oversee two or three tasks at once.
Responsible for test strategy and planning, tracking and reporting test progress, and signing off test completion reports.
Review test results and take responsibility for the testing's approval and caliber.
Clear communication and good writing and a focus on the details.
Any certification CTFL/CTAL-TM will be an advantage.
