Role: Test Manager - Trade Finance

• Led end-to-end testing activities for Trade Finance applications, including TradeXpress, Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Open Account Financing, and trade-related payment systems.
• Managed test strategy, test planning, UAT coordination, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting to ensure successful project delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinated with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Operations, and Technology teams to validate business requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage across complex trade workflows.
• Oversaw SIT, UAT, integration, and regression testing for interfaces involving core banking systems, SWIFT messaging, payment platforms, and third-party applications.
• Led QA teams in Agile environments, driving quality governance, risk management, defect resolution, and timely releases while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
