Test Planning Manager

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management or any related feild
• 3–5 years in a people or section leadership role managing planners or operations teams
• Experience in semiconductor / electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in test planning, test engineering, or manufacturing environment
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Section Management
• Lead and manage the Test Planning section, ensuring effective workload distribution and execution.
• Drive alignment between test planning, production, engineering, and customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and escalation support for lot priority, urgent issues, and capacity constraints.
• WIP, Capacity & Shipment Control
• Oversee daily WIP and shipment downloads from CCC Web.
• Monitor overall WIP vs test capacity and enforce cut loading when releases exceed available capacity.
• Review urgent lots, aging lots, and residual lots (excluding ECN lots for disposition).
• Ensure weekly H-Prod cycle time and PTS shipment updates are communicated to M-site.
• Ensure weekly A-Prod aging lot updates are shared with ADI.
• Test Planning & Lot Release Management
• Review and approve test plans for H and T production lots.
• Ensure test plans are uploaded to shared folders for production visibility.
• Oversee ADI T-Prod lot releases based on test plan start dates using the test scheduling system.
• Ensure pre-test requirements are completed prior to issuing lots to test.
• Review weekly test plan closing reports (plan vs actual) by tester platform.
• OSL, OCD & Partial Merge Oversight
• Review and provide direction on OSL and OCD lot progress updates.
• Ensure timely follow-up on partial merging activities.
• Review OSL files and approve CCD revisions; ensure CCD uploads via Expedite Program when required.
• KPI, Forecast & Reporting
• Review and drive recovery plans for KPI misses, including:
• T-Prod lot start
• PTS shipment (H-Prod & T-Prod)
• OSL performance
• Ensure preparation and submission of REL reports for ADG1422 device only.
• Oversee monthly submission of 6-month forecasts using the required fixed format.
• ECN, PM & Process Governance
• Review ECN requirements upon receipt and ensure proper implementation.
• Review preventive maintenance (PM) requirements, seek customer approval for downtime, and execute according to approved plans.
• Ensure strict compliance with in-house CPRN flow and issue tracker processes for engineering lot releases.
