- Key Responsibilities: -
- Lead yield improvement, productivity and cycle time improvements.
- Support of production lot disposition, determine root cause and fixes.
- New product/process introduction, develop procedures and process controls for high volume manufacturing.
- Develop jigs and fixtures as needed.
- Develop production training materials and OCAPs.
- Requirement:
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Eletrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or equivalent.
- 0 - 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Required Skills:-
- Self-motivated team player with high level of ownership.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently in a fast- paced global team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with semiconductor test process.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or basic programming (e.g., Unix/Linux, C++) is advantageous.
- Proactive learner capable of working in a high-volume manufacturing setting
