Test Strategy Lead

We are seeking a Test Strategy Lead to oversee and guide the testing processes across our projects in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing test strategies and leading testing teams, ensuring the highest quality of software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for various projects in the SEA region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define testing scope.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance on best practices and test methodologies.
• Identify test automation opportunities and drive the automation strategy for efficient testing processes.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve software quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in testing procedures.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the testing process for better efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-9 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with a focus on test strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation scripting.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex systems and identify issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
