Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Test Systems Automation Developer to support Operations and Engineering teams by developing software applications, workflow automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools that improve productivity, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.

This role will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, developing internal applications, integrating systems and databases, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, and implementing digital transformation initiatives across operational processes. The ideal candidate combines strong software development expertise with business process understanding and a passion for solving complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Automation

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications that support engineering and operational activities.
Develop workflow automation solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop scripts and tools to automate data collection, analysis, reporting, and system monitoring.
Integrate various business systems, databases, equipment, and third-party applications through APIs and middleware technologies.
Maintain software documentation, source code repositories, and development standards.

AI & Digital Transformation

Identify and implement AI-driven solutions that increase productivity and reduce administrative workload.
Develop AI assistants and data analytics applications.
Leverage Generative AI, Machine Learning, and automation platforms to streamline business processes.

Test Systems & Engineering Support

Develop software tools to support operations, test scheduling, equipment utilization tracking, and engineering workflows.
Enhance test systems and test reporting through automation, data acquisition, and integration capabilities.
Support engineers in improving test efficiency through custom software solutions.
Develop dashboards and visualization tools for operational and engineering performance monitoring.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Design databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
Develop automated dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and management reporting tools.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across systems.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to understand business requirements.
Lead automation projects from concept through implementation.
Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in:

Computer Science
Software Engineering
Computer Engineering
Information Technology
Data Science

Experience

2-5 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or related roles.
Experience developing business applications and workflow automation solutions.
Experience integrating systems through APIs and databases.
Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
