Test Technician

We're looking to add a Test Technician in Senai, Johor.

As a Test Technician, You will:

1.Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company's Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

2.To ensure that equipment/tools are complete before starts to work.

3.To initiate corrective action meeting when product yield is low.

4.To ensure to update all necessary documents needed for ICT debug.

5. Ensure to clear online debug per shift.

6.Ensure 5S at working area at all time.

7. Assist Test engineer to qualify the new test operator.

8.To assist Test engineer on changes for quality and productivityimprovements on jig/tester/test system.

9.To conduct evaluation on board failure & board quality.

10.To ensure rework methods are compliance to product requirement.

11.To update and control daily debug WIP & movement.

12.To provide Test training to Technician, Repairer, Test operator

13.To follow company policies and procedures

14.To report violations of company labor and ethics policies, etc.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Experience in Electronic Manufacturing service.

Job Related Skills:

Know well in Microsoft Excel and access.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines

Ability to work in a team as well as an individual

Attention to details

Decision making ability
