Role Summary
The Testing Lead will manage and govern end-to-end testing activities for enterprise transformation programs, ensuring solution quality, business readiness, and successful go-live delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall testing strategy and test approach.
- Lead all testing phases including SIT, UAT, integration, regression, and cutover testing.
- Coordinate testing activities across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality validation against requirements.
- Manage defect tracking, prioritization, resolution, and reporting.
- Maintain test plans, scripts, schedules, and execution status reports.
- Support go-live readiness, cutover sign-off, and post go-live stabilization activities.
Requirements
- Experience leading testing for large transformation or ERP programs.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
