Job Description

Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading all ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) activities for Zurich Malaysia. This includes developing and maintaining the local TPRM policy framework and overseeing the internal structure to ensure effective execution of the TPRM strategy. The position also acts as Secretariat to the Country Outsourcing Committee and coordinates with nonaffiliate contract owners to ensure full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the TPRM strategy and act as the owner of the local TPRM policies and standards across Zurich Malaysia.
  • Review and interpret overlapping functional policies, incorporating regulatory changes and ensuring timely updates to the local TPRM framework.
  • Strengthen crossfunctional collaboration by leveraging strong internal networks and partnerships across the organization.
  • Provide consultation and support on Group-wide thirdparty risk initiatives and projects.
  • Drive the TPRM technology and tools strategy, with a focus on automation, global alignment, enhanced reporting capabilities, and the progression toward predictive analytics.
  • Coordinate with nonaffiliate contract owners to ensure compliance with BNM outsourcing policy requirements.

Required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in thirdparty risk management, vendor governance, or outsourcing management.
  • Prior experience within financial services, banking, insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
