Salary:

· Full time: Up to RM4,000+ monthly (Negotiable based on experience + KPI Incentives)

· Freelance / Contract Workers: Also welcomed to apply or contact us.

Industry: Automotive / Heavy Vehicles / OEM & Contract Manufacturing

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.15pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am – 1.00pm (1^st & 3^rd Saturday of the month off)

Belton Springs is a leading Malaysian manufacturer of heavy-duty suspension and brake components, supplying OEMs, distributors, and fleet operators across local and international markets. As we continue expanding our brand presence globally, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our established marketing team and help drive brand visibility, content creation, and event activation.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and passionate about building strong B2B & B2C brand presenc. You will be directly involved in content development, social media activation, brand promotions, and supporting major exhibitions and marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing team, management, and brand principals to execute impactful projects that strengthen the Belton Springs identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create digital content including social media posts, short videos, product highlights, and marketing visuals in both English & Bahasa Malayu.
2. Manage Belton Springs social media channels to grow engagement and brand presence.
3. Work closely with Brand Principals to plan and execute collaborative marketing initiatives.
4. Design and prepare promotional materials such as banners, signage, brochures, and event collaterals.
5. Collaborate with the existing marketing & sales team to support product launches, campaigns, productions and customer engagement activities.
6. Track and report basic analytics for online platforms and campaigns.
7. Attending events, exhibitions, factory visits, and marketing activities as required.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related fields.
2. Looking to hire Experienced individuals & Fresh graduates.
3. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / CapCut or equivalent content tools is an added advantage but not required.
4. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Able to travel to Rawang for onsite work.
