Job Description

Job Responsibilites

  • Monitor campaigns hourly and take immediate action to stop loss or scale winners
  • Evaluate materials proactively: decide whether current creatives can meet performance goal
  • Collaborate with the video and livestream teams to push for new or improved creatives when material ROI starts to decay
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, but own ad delivery and cost-effectiveness results
  • Flag unrealistic client instructions (e.g., removing ROAS cap) and ensure every decision supports healthy ROAS

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Communication, Film or Video Production, Digital Media or other related field
  • At least 1 year of experience running TikTok Ads (Business Center)
  • Strong understanding of ROAS vs profit vs margin vs platform deductions
  • Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership and risk awareness
  • Excellent data interpretation skills: know when to stop, scale, or switch
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
