Evo Commerce owns a few CPG brands focusing on high quality supplements. We're currently operating in 3 markets and our team members are based out of Singapore. We have past experience working in big tech companies which includes Grab, Tiktok, Zalora, FoodPanda, Fave, Shopee, etc.

We're big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. This means commerce and information are more efficient, and the implication to the end customer is that product quality goes up and cost of goods are reduced drastically. Job Description

We are looking for a driven and digitally-savvy TikTok Affiliate Executive to own our affiliate programme end-to-end across Malaysia. This is a hands-on execution role where you will be the primary point of contact for all creator relationships. You will be responsible for acquiring the right creators, keeping content quality high, and translating affiliate activity into measurable GMV outcomes.

Our focus SKUs span beauty tools, small personal care electronics, and an emerging functional haircare category. You will work closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to align affiliate content with campaign windows, product launches, and clearance pushes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creator Sourcing: Identify and contact MCN groups, small creators, and nano-creators (<10K followers) for both SG and MY markets.
  • Vetting & Selection: Screen and vet creators based on niche relevance, engagement rate, and audience profile—not just follower count.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and reply to all TikTok Affiliate chat inquiries promptly.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange and coordinate product sample dispatch; track receipt and proactively follow up with creators.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commission structures and evaluate whether target-based incentive tiers are appropriate per creator.
  • Data & CRM Management: Maintain a creator CRM tracker covering commission rates, sample status, 30-day GMV contribution, and tier classification.
  • Onboarding: Prepare and share a Creator Onboarding Kit.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across design, marketing, warehouse, and customer service to ensure a seamless operation.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct a monthly creator roster review with tier updates and actionable recommendations.
  • Inventory Control: Manage and monitor sample inventory tracking.
  • Content Optimization: Perform or coordinate light re-editing on existing videos (e.g., 3-second hook replacement, subtitle overlays, thumbnail optimization).

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on TikTok Shop Experience: Proven experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate systems, including creator recruitment, chat management, and commission negotiation.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with data; able to read performance dashboards and extract actionable insights from creator metrics.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to brief creators clearly without being overly prescriptive.
  • Highly Organized: Self-directed and capable of managing a growing roster of 30–50+ creators without daily supervision.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin or Malay is a strong advantage for effectively conducting creator outreach in the MY market.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in the beauty, personal care electronics, or lifestyle FMCG categories.
  • Basic video editing skills (hook cuts, subtitle overlays, thumbnail creation).
  • Familiarity with MCN structures and commission-only creator models.
  • Experience managing affiliates across both the SG and MY markets simultaneously.
