We are seeking someone to build and manage KOL partnerships either directly or via agencies.

As a KOL Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth by collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers. Your expertise in social media, influencer marketing, and content creation will contribute to the overall success of our brand in reaching a wider audience and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and establish relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers

Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and values.

Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations, from negotiation and contract agreements to content approval and performance analysis.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead of the curve and propose innovative influencer strategies.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on social media platform algorithms, best practices, and content formats to maximize the reach and impact of influencer content.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience min 2 years as a KOL Specialist or similar role

Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and influencer landscape.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with KOLs and influencers.

Prior relationships with KOLs or agencies would be a plus
