Roles and Responsibilities:- Host live streams: Go live on TikTok regularly to engage with the audience in real time. Create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere to encourage participation and interaction.
Engage with viewers: Interact with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and addressing their concerns during the live broadcasts. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation.- Stay up-to-date with trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, challenges, filters, and features on TikTok. Incorporate popular elements into your live streams to attract and retain viewership.
Uphold community guidelines: Adhere to TikTok's community guidelines and policies while hosting live streams. Promote a safe and respectful environment for viewers and discourage any inappropriate behavior.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum SPM
- Live at HQ ONLY, Batu Caves
Female Live Host with good appearance and personality- Working experience in Live Host is an advantage
Strong knowledge of TikTok
- Excellent communication skills; Talkative and not shy infront camera.
Creativity and adaptability.
Starting salary RM1,800 + commission- Good commission structure based on level of sales volume
Training and guidance on excellent TikTok live will be provided to the successful candidates
Schedule will be provided- EPF (Employee Provident Fund) & SOCSO (Social Security Organization), EIS (Employee Insurance Scheme)
