Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a TikTok Live Host located in WP Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for partial remote work. The TikTok Live Host will represent Pistil during live streaming sessions on TikTok, engaging with the audience to promote our women's health offerings. Responsibilities include creating engaging content tailored for TikTok Lives, interacting with viewers in real-time, answering questions, promoting products and services, and encouraging sales through creative and lively presentations. The role also entails collaborating with the team to develop strategies for audience engagement and brand awareness.
Tiktok Live Hosting
- Host educational, fun, and sales-driven TikTok Live sessions for Pistil Pharmacy.
- Confidently explain women's health products (period care, supplements, sexual wellness, contraceptives).
- Engage audiences through Q&A, storytelling, product demos, and discussions.
- Drive conversions through authentic connection and product knowledge.
- Plan scripts, topics, and live content with the founders & marketing team.
Tiktok Shop Optimisation
- Manage & optimize product listings (pricing, SEO, captions, bundles).
- Structure shop promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation.
- Track CTR, conversions, sales velocity, and product performance.
- Work closely with marketing to maintain a high-converting shop experience.
Order & Operation Management
- Monitor live orders and backend performance in real-time.
- Coordinate closely with Pistil Pharmacy for fulfilment and dispatch.
- Handle returns/cancellations and assist in responding to buyer messages.
- Ensure stock accuracy, compliance, and product updates.
Reporting & Growth
- Prepare weekly performance reports for lives + shop analytics.
- Suggest improvements for content, conversion, and product bundling.
- Spot trends early and collaborate on new campaign ideas.
Compensation Base + Performance Commissions
- Live Sales Commission: Earn additional commission based on the sales generated from your TikTok Live sessions.
- Shop Performance Bonus: Extra incentives tied to monthly shop conversions, orders fulfilled, and growth milestones.
- Campaign Bonuses for high-performing product pushes, viral lives, or exceptional content delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and connect with a diverse audience
- Experience in Sales and Training, with the ability to influence and promote products and services during live sessions
- Familiarity with or experience in Medical / Pharmacy industry is a plus
- Comfortable using TikTok and other social media platforms for direct audience interaction
- Creative thinking and a dynamic personality to captivate and retain viewership
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some in-office responsibilities in WP Kuala Lumpur
- Past experience in live hosting or performance is an advantage
