Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing and operating MEXC's Tiktok platform.

The role focuses on engaging with customers in real time, promoting products and services, answering inquiries, and supporting sales and brand visibility through TikTok-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage TikTok live chat sessions for MEXC
  • Engage with viewers professionally during live streams and chat interactions
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Promote MEXC products, offers, and services
  • Handle basic customer service issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
  • Maintain a positive brand image and follow MEXC's communication guidelines
  • Monitor audience engagement, comments, and feedback
  • Report performance metrics and customer feedback to the supervisor

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Comfortable speaking and typing in real-time online environments
  • Familiarity with TikTok, live streaming, and social media platforms
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple chats simultaneously
