Manage and maintain the overall visual identity and brand styling for the TikTok Shop Malaysia store to enhance brand image, user experience, and conversion performance.
Design and optimize storefront pages, product detail pages, promotional banners, and marketing assets, including product image retouching and key visual creation in line with platform requirements.
Support campaign execution by developing creative visual concepts and delivering design assets for major sales events such as 11.11, 12.12, and other promotional activities.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual content that drives engagement and sales performance.
Conduct competitor research and analyze Malaysia market design trends to continuously improve visual direction and store aesthetics.
Work closely with the photography team to provide creative direction and ensure high-quality post-production outputs.
Qualification Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Design or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital platform design (TikTok Shop experience preferred).
Experience in small home appliances or kitchen appliances industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software with strong visual composition and color sense.
Strong understanding of Malaysia consumer preferences, local trends, and e-commerce visual standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
