Manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listing/delisting, listing optimization, and inventory management to ensure smooth store performance.
Support product lifecycle management, including product selection, pricing updates, and performance monitoring to drive sales growth.
Assist in planning and executing marketing activities such as TikTok campaigns, short videos, live streaming, ads, and influencer collaborations to improve traffic and conversion.
Monitor store performance data and prepare regular reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries across pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales to maintain good service quality and store reputation.
Monitor platform policies and campaign updates to ensure compliance and timely participation in relevant activities.
Qualification Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in TikTok Shop or e-commerce operations.
Familiar with TikTok Shop backend operations and basic e-commerce marketing tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
Strong attention to detail, responsible, and good team player with strong communication skills.
