Description:
Hands-on experience in TLM/SmartStream/FIS reconciliation platform development and configuration, focusing on building and maintaining reconciliation setups such as accounts, data feeds, matching rules, thresholds, and reference data.
Have strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes and end-to-end data flows, with the ability to analyze and resolve reconciliation data issues and system breaks.
Have experience working in a controlled, audit-ready environment, following governance, change management, and approval workflows.
Strong technical capability in data management, reconciliation system configuration, and stakeholder collaboration across Operations, Risk, Technology, and Audit is essential.
