Job Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise the daily activities of subordinates in the manufacture of mold parts.
Coordinate with the planner to resolve operational issues with the tool. Make and modify the necessary mold parts according to the mold specifications
- Applications EDM, lathes, milling, drilling, grinding and polishing machines.
Perform necessary planning and occasional maintenance of all tools and tools- Develop and maintain a continuous preventative maintenance program for all Mold processing or machine tool processing.
Prepare technical drawings.
- Provide technical training to enhance subordinates competency.
Maintain sufficient stock of mold parts to ensure continuous production liaise with certain suppliers and sub-contractors.- Monitor the status of the mold during production
Maintain proper filling and documentation. The person is expected to work closely with staffs from all departments.
The ability to set up and check work with precision tools and measuring instruments.
- Skills and capabilities to process, repair and replace molds and machine parts.
Have a certain understanding of the finished product injection.- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
