Tools Administrator – ELK / APM / Observability

We are seeking an experienced Tools Administrator with expertise in Elastic Stack (ELK) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) to support enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.

Responsibilities

Elastic Stack Administration

• Manage Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana clusters
• Configure index lifecycle management, templates, dashboards
• Monitor cluster performance, scaling, and upgrades

APM & Observability

• Deploy and maintain Elastic APM agents
• Monitor application latency, errors, and throughput
• Implement distributed tracing and service maps

Log Management

• Configure Logstash pipelines and Beats integrations
• Manage log ingestion, parsing, enrichment, and retention
• Integrate logs and metrics from infrastructure and cloud platforms

Automation & Integration

• Integrate with ITSM, monitoring, and cloud tools
• Automate ingestion pipelines using scripts/APIs
• Support CI/CD observability integrations

Security & Governance

• Implement RBAC, TLS encryption, and audit logging
• Maintain governance and compliance standards
