Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

A proactive and detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic changes for the establishment and ongoing operations of Contract Management Services (CMS) within Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role provides coordination, process, and analytical support to the CMS team, assisting with the implementation of new processes, integration activities, and operational improvements. The role works closely with the Head of CMS, CMS Program and Change Delivery Leads, and other team members, and may independently manage smaller projects or workstreams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely delivery of assigned objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Support and contribute to the ongoing development of the target operating model and strategy to deliver CMS services across the Bank in alignment with the bank's procurement lifecycle objectives & regulatory environment
  • Support senior engagements with Business/ Functions to gather buy-in for the CMS services suite
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops with business and function teams, and document outcomes.
  • Track ideation and development of technology advancement for CMS (AI, automation, tooling)

Business

  • Provide coordination and logistical support for CMS projects and initiatives.
  • Track progress against project plans and milestones, proactively identifying and escalating risks or delays.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on data for performance measurement and continuous improvement.

Processes

  • Document and maintain CMS processes, procedures, and workflows; recommend improvements based on feedback and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver materials for training and stakeholder engagement sessions.

People & Talent

  • Build relationships across business / functions to deliver the programme outcomes against the set milestones
  • Support the hiring, onboarding and training required to enable the CMS services suite, in close collaboration with CMS leads
  • Role model the Bank's Valued Behaviours at all times
  • Drive a culture of data driven decision making within the context of the change across the team

Risk Management

  • Identify and work with key stakeholders where applicable to mitigate risks associated with CMS, including financial, operational, and reputational risks
  • Work with CMS leads to ensure all CMS activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Governance
  • Maintain records and documentation to support governance and audit requirements.
  • Prepare materials for governance meetings and reviews
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or other relevant field. Certifications such as APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, or similar are highly desirable.
  • With at least 5 to 8 years of experience in a project support, coordination, or analyst role, ideally within supply chain, procurement, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating change or transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes or tools is desirable.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Knowledge of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems, automation tools, AI/ML) and industry best practices, familiarity with contract management processes, software and technology trends desirable.
