As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Topsides Facilities Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership across offshore platform facilities -ensuring safe, reliable, and optimized performance from design through to operations.
This is a key role where you'll act as a technical authority, working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated offshore solutions while supporting both project execution and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Driving
- Acting as the technical authority for offshore facilities systems, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and best practices
- Leading the review and approval of key engineering deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, layouts)
- Providing oversight across process, utilities, safety, and supporting systems throughout design and operations
- Driving integration across facilities, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines
- Supporting offshore operations with troubleshooting, optimization, and performance improvements
- Leading facilities engineering scopes for both brownfield and greenfield projects
- Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Embedding safety in design and operations through HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and risk reviews
What You Bring
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's is a plus)
- 10-15 years of experience in offshore facilities engineering
- Strong exposure to offshore platforms, FPSOs, or floating production systems
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and interfaces
- Strong expertise in facilities systems (process, utilities, flare, water systems)
- Working knowledge of instrumentation, control, and electrical systems (DCS/PLC, SIS, power distribution)
- Familiarity with international offshore standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
